The 8th annual March Fourth 5K will take place on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at the South Mountain Reservation where Brookside Terrace and Glen Avenue intersect in Millburn, NJ.

Join us for an untimed or CompuScore timed 5K to raise money for colorectal cancer prevention, patient support, and urgent research!

Following the 5K, there will be a dog walk! Gather your friends and family together and walk your dogs!

This year, we are thrilled to welcome our fellow allies who are continuing the impact of the Jersey Shore Walk to End Colon Cancer with us! March Fourth shares the same goals as the Walk to End Colon Cancer, and 100% of funds raised benefit the Colorectal Cancer Alliance.

March Fourth to End Colon Cancer will continue to showcase the hallmarks of what makes it such a meaningful experience in 2025, including the unparalleled sense of community, sharing Joanna Dranikoff’s story and her family’s steadfast commitment to honoring her memory, and of course, everyone’s favorite, the coveted March Fourth beanie.

Now we’re hosting the largest non-profit colorectal cancer event in New Jersey and continue to share our critical message about the importance of screening and increasing awareness about screening options, as well as supporting patients and life-saving research!

There are several ways to participate and to demonstrate your support:

Register for the 5K Race/Run - Join us at 9AM for for the CompuScore timed 5K race and untimed run /walk on a beautiful course with gently rolling hills that is closed to vehicular traffic (sorry, no dogs allowed for this portion of the event)
Participate in the 5K Walk and Dog Walk - At 10AM, you and your leashed furry family member will enjoy a walk on a beautiful course with gently rolling hills that is closed to vehicular traffic, while supporting a great cause
Sponsorship - With varying benefits of sponsorship, we would love to showcase your business or family’s support
